today we made peaches jam.
we put in:
- 15 kg of peaches (our good Romanian ones)
- ~600 g brown sugar, ~500g white sugar
- 515 g brown raisins
- squeezed juice and pulp from lemons
I buzzed some of the content to have a really nice saucy structure and also to have chunks of peaches inside… I enjoy that in jams! 🙂

it is DELICIOUS! 🙂
